La idea de Casapasiva nace en el 2008 como un gesto en apoyo del desarollo sostenible.
Somos un grupo de personas que quiere promover sin ánimo de lucro la construcción de casas pasivas en España siguiendo la definición del Passivhaus Institut PHI de Darmstadt y, a la vez, colaborar en difundir la cultura del ahorro energético.
En estas páginas, en el futuro, encontrarás informaciones sobre el tema de las casas pasivas y en general, de las casas autosuficientes, que ya son una realidad en nuestros días.
Para facilitar la lectura al público no necesariamente experto, usaremos a menudo un lenguaje sencillo, trasladando la terminología técnica al lenguaje cotidiano.
Las secciones se articularán principalmente en el ahorro energético y la no dependencia de las “redes” de subsistencia mínima (agua, gas, electricidad) de cada vivienda o edificio .

The idea of Casapasiva has born in 2008 as a gesture in support of the sustainable developement.
We are a group of people, with no profit motive in mind, who wants to promote the passive houses construction in Spain, following the Passivhaus Institut PHI of Darmstadt’s definition, and at the same time, to work with the diffusion of energy’ saving.
In this site, in the future, you’ll be able to find information about passive houses and in a more widely sense, self-sufficient houses actually.
In order to approach the general public and not only the experts, we are willing to use a plain language, to translate the technical terms into simple words.
Sections will coordinate around the energy’ saving and the non dependence on items as water, gas or electricity for any particular house or building.
